I'm Tara, an Associate with Horizons. I have worked in policy and research for almost twenty years - within Government, as a Director of Research Scotland and more recently on a freelance basis.

I am interested in all kinds of research and policy that impact on communities. I am a seasoned researcher, but my biggest love is facilitation and coaching. I am at my happiest with a room full of people - or just an individual - facing a problem, challenge or task. I am a qualified coach, and have experience with a wide range of facilitation, systems and improvement methodologies.
