We developed a theory of change and logic model for the proposed Centre, before carrying out a literature review and semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders to identify different potential models and conditions for success for the Centre.

We then drew up four potential models for the Centre and appraised these against 10 conditions for success, and produced a concise final report setting out a recommended Option and key supporting evidence.
