Dr Andrew R Ross

Andy has spent nearly 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, following a decade of academic study and research. Most recently, his focus has been on leading global supply chain operations and technical operations.

Andy has successfully led strategy, as well as manufacturing and supply chain teams, across the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and Japan. Over his career, the teams under his leadership have launched more than 10 new medicines, ranging from oral HIV treatments to sterile auto-injection devices.

As a passionate leader and integrator, Andy prioritizes combining performance with people-centric approaches to deliver exceptional results for patients and stakeholders. He leverages lean methodologies and systems research to enhance the efficiency and transformation of both physical and business processes. Andy’s expertise lies in driving execution through building motivated, connected teams and implementing innovative technologies.

Andy holds a degree and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and is an avid cyclist with a passion for n+1 cycling
