I’m Andy, an Associate with Horizons. I’m an experienced senior leader and educator with more than 20 years in major executive roles for local authority, regional and national areas in Scottish education and children’s services. I really understand the demands placed on leaders in large and complex organisations.

I now provide independent support and expertise in improving performance, leadership development and goals for individuals, teams and organisations. This includes supporting individuals and organisations with 1-1 and group coaching, organisational improvement, quality assurance, self-evaluation, leadership development and transforming challenges into positive success in the UK and internationally.
