Andy Hyde

I’m Andy, an Associate with Horizons. I have over 15 years of experience in bringing citizens into conversations that can improve public services and environments. My experience in inclusive service design has included working with health and social care organisations, the transport industry, academic researchers, designers, arts organisations and Government departments, designing and delivering methodologies that can provide fresh insights and open up new ways of collaborative working.

In 2018, after working with people with dementia to explore travel challenges for two years, I launched Go Upstream Ltd. This social enterprise creates opportunities for disabled people to participate in mobility-related service design.
