Hannah Johnstone

I’m Hannah and a Senior Researcher at Horizons Research. I’m a passionate researcher interested in improving mental health and wellbeing services and access to services for all. I’m a published author in qualitative research methods, and love to hear about people’s experiences. Throughout my career, I’ve remained steadfast in prioritizing client needs and integrating evidence-based practices into the core of service delivery and design.

I have nearly a decade’s worth of experience within the mental health field and I bring a wealth of experience across diverse sectors, including healthcare, private healthcare, the third sector, and the public sector. I am currently working towards my PhD in Applied Social Sciences at Robert Gordon University and have an MSc in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Strathclyde and BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Stirling.
