Rob Trimble

Rob Trimble has a rare set of skills and experience. For over two decades he’s been recognised as one of the UK most pioneering health and social enterprise innovators. His reputation was established by his leadership of the Bromley by Bow Centre in East London, where he rolled up his sleeves; built a team and radical culture; and in the process created an internationally-recognised model of excellence. His approach was to challenge conventional wisdom by working at the grassroots, rather than by theorising or writing policy papers.

He has long advocated leading from the ground up. The result is that he is a clear-headed, results-orientated realist who brings a gentle, but exacting and radical challenge to deep-seated health and social issues.
