Robert Rae

I’m Rob and Chief Exec. I’ve led the organisation for the last ten years. I work as a researcher, policy analyst, facilitator, service designer and evaluator on a range of projects, in education, health and social services.

My background is in policy and research and I have a particular interest in scenario planning. I’m also a Senior Associate at the brilliant Staff College, leading their ‘Uncharted’ programme of work in children’s services in Scotland and England.
